4. Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel this SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you received the message. Upon sending STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe status. Following this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin the service, you must provide explicit consent again.

    By submitting this online credit application to No Haggle Auto Brokers, LLC (hereinafter "Dealership," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms, conditions, and disclosures. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.

    1. Authorization to Obtain Credit Report By submitting this application, you authorize No Haggle Auto Brokers LLC and any financial institution, lender, or funding source to which we may submit your application (collectively, "Lenders") to investigate your credit and employment history. This includes obtaining consumer credit reports from one or more credit reporting agencies to evaluate your creditworthiness for an auto loan or lease. You further authorize the Dealership and Lenders to obtain subsequent credit reports in connection with the update, renewal, or extension of any credit extended to you.

    2. Accuracy of Information You represent and warrant that all information provided in this credit application (including but not limited to your name, address, income, employment, and housing costs) is true, complete, and accurate. You understand that the Dealership and Lenders will rely on this information to make credit decisions. Knowingly providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in the immediate denial of your application or the rescission of any approved financing.

    3. Information Sharing and Privacy You understand and agree that No Haggle Auto Brokers LLC will share the personal and financial information you provide on this application with various Lenders and financial institutions for the express purpose of securing auto financing on your behalf. Our collection, use, and sharing of your information are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your financial data to third-party marketers.

    4. Electronic Signature and E-Sign Consent By clicking "Submit," "Apply," "I Agree," or any similar button, you are providing your electronic signature. You acknowledge and agree that your electronic signature constitutes your binding legal consent to these Terms and Conditions and possesses the same legal validity and enforceability as a hand-signed paper document, in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (E-SIGN) Act.

    5. Consent to Communications By providing your phone number and email address, you expressly consent to being contacted by the Dealership and its lending partners regarding your credit application, vehicle purchase, and related services. This includes contact via telephone calls, emails, and SMS text messages, which may be sent using automated technology. You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP."

    6. Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) Notice The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract); because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. No Guarantee of Approval You acknowledge that submitting this credit application does not guarantee that you will be approved for financing, nor does it guarantee specific interest rates, loan terms, or vehicle availability. All financing approvals are subject to the review and requirements of the reviewing Lenders.
